I’m lucky enough to call Waimairi Beach home, and it’s a community I genuinely love being part of.
Tucked between New Brighton, Parklands and the Bottle Lake Forest, Waimairi Beach has that rare combination of beachside living, green space and a strong neighbourhood feel - while still being an easy trip into central Christchurch.
As both a Waimairi Beach local and a licensed real estate salesperson with Arizto, I have a genuine interest in what's happening in our local property market. I work with homeowners and buyers across Waimairi Beach and East Christchurch, helping with everything from understanding what a property may be worth to preparing for a future move, finding the right buyer and navigating the selling process.
